"Mosquito Squad is one of the best run businesses I’ve seen. Their service first of all works. Evenings that can be spent on the deck talking instead of swatting mosquitoes or pulling ticks off from playing in the yard. Second, the way they handle payments and scheduling is outstanding. Once you’ve agreed on a plan, they debit your bank account for that week’s service two days prior, and show the full schedule remaining, timings etc. They show up as expected, show a visual of the technician that day, and they all seem nice. Recently, they accommodated a complication we had with timing just really thoughtfully. They do naturally try to encourage additional services, but are not pushy at all, and agree to what you’ve indicated you need without follow-up pushback. Great job!!"
