Came to our door when he first arrived to explain what he was doing and let us know we should close our opened windows and also how long to wait to use our yard after application. He was very nice, polite, and informative answering our questions. We have never had a bad experience with Mosquito Squad and haven't noticed any mosquitos or ticks this season! (and we use our yard all the time)"
